Hello CRMUG Tampa Bay Colleagues:

I wanted to make sure you our next CRMUG Tampa Bay meeting blocked off on your calendar the morning of February 9th. It will be held from 8:30am to Noon in the Microsoft office in Tampa (same as last time).

It’s going to be a solid agenda made up of many of the items we identified at the last meeting. We will keep ticking off the discussion topics this meeting and future ones and update our wish list each time.

Thanks for Jim and Sharon of AssureSign to feature their CRM Implementation in our Member Profile segment, as well as give us a presentation on Best Practices around implementing an Electronic Signature process. Also, thanks again to Chris Cognettta of Tribridge for pre-preparing a briefing of his experiences as we all share during our Upgrade roundtable.

Reporting and Business Intelligence was another one of our big topics. I worked on sourcing an expert to help us with that area. It will be covered well at CRMUG activities in Houston during our Convergence meetings. I will also make sure we bring an expert to Tampa Bay for those not able to join us at Convergence.

Don’t forget, we said we would invite our colleagues so as to have more active members on both the technical and business sides of the house. Please pass the invitation along.
