Last Day at DXC Technology
Today was my last day working DXC Technology. As many of you know, I spent almost a decade working for Tribridge before DXC.Technology acquisition about 10 months ago. Tribridge was that job, that you probably find once in a lifetime. Our culture, team members and management team was a large happy family. The outside pressures can get to an organization, and unfortunately the Tribridge team had to make that hard decision to sell out.
DXC at the same time had been purchasing many Dynamics Partners like UXC Eclipse, Sable 37 and EBECS along with Tribridge. Many different roads, processes and teams converging at once, left a pretty interesting challenge for the teams to overcome during the integration period. Tribridge was great at integration of other firms we purchased like EPartners… mainly because we truly cared about the new team members and their customers.
Along the way, our CEO decided to leave instead of heading the Dynamics group for DXC. That changed the course of the direction of the integration, and ultimately to the departure of Tribridges’ key people. I tried my best to keep committed (I was around for 10 months after the decision), and I was given a new role in the public sector practice as the CTO for the Healthcare and Public Sector practice by an ex boss. Unfortunately, the integration and new company policies took its toll on me, and I was no longer happy going to work. So I decided to move on.
Once in a career a company like Tribridge comes along if your lucky! I will forever be grateful for the times we shared as a team. You guys are a big family to me. Stay tuned for the next chapter for me..
